Vincent is a born and raised Jersey boy. For as long as he can remember, every family gathering was surrounded by amazing Italian food. Vincent's great grandfather, Joseph Faccone Sr., along with his sons Joseph Faccone Jr. (Vincent's grandfather), Austin, Anthony and Gerard owned a number of restaurants growing up. Austins in Long Branch and Faccones in Jersey City were their growing businesses. Vincent began to form a passion for cooking and was eager to learn from his long line of family cooks. It was apparent that he had something special and a natural talent to create new recipes from Italian classics that had been passed down to him. Having other people enjoy the food that he has prepared for them brings him much enjoyment. With the resturaunt business already in his blood and the cooking skills that have been passed down to him, Vincent pursued life as a chef. He has worked as a server, general manager, bartender, and cook in a number of restaurants throughout North Jersey. This experience has allowed him to learn all aspects of the restaurant business and the food service industry. With the support of his family, Vincent has decided to step out on his own and start a private catering company called Joe Faccones Italian Catering. He specializes in all Italian classics and is happy to work with each coustomer to plan their perfect party and perfect menu. From big to small, he is happy to cater your next event!
